Magangan is a place in the Municipality of Bokod, Philippines where our Ancestors once Lived. Due to civilization and development, to supply Electricity in the Country, the first large hydroelectric power plant in the Philippines called the Ambuklao Dam submerged it, thus Magangan is no longer found anywhere today (It is under the waters). But it’s people are around. Their Ideas and ways remains-in us, their descendants, whom they now call the I-Magangan.
My name is Yhong. A Magangan Stan, who is also a Full Blooded I-magangan, Ibaloy, Igorot who is a Civil Engineer by Profession and working in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines as a Public Servant for Disaster Resilience. The Magangan Stan is a site where I will be expressing my I-Magangan perception and views of things, places, and events. All for your information, today. 🙂
Great to meet you!

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve learnt after a few years of blogging that it’s best to be original and find your own style and voice. 😉
